We have recently been very fortunate to receive funding from different parts of our local community. We were voted for by Tesco customers to receive £4,000 in the Tesco Bags for Help scheme, customers of Beverley Building Society have voted for us for two months running resulting in £500, and we have also received a grant of £5,000 from the Masonic Charitable Fund.

Our manager Fiona Wales said that "We would like to thank everyone in our local community who has either voted for us at Tesco or Beverley Building Society and also to the Freemasons in the Beverley Lodge for nominating us to receive a national grant.  The money we have been granted will be used to help us to continue to provide our car and minibus services that we know are so highly valued by the communities we serve." 

Some of the monies received will go into our replacement minibus fund while some will be used to run fund raising events and activities to help us maximise our financial resources.

We could not do this without everyone's continued support.
